The LG U890 mobile phone has been released as an update to the popular LG U880.
Monday, May 15, 2006
The LG U890 is exclusive to the Three network and has features including 1.3MP camera with a 180 degree rotating lens, the 68MB of memory can be expanded by using microSD cards, Bluetooth v1.1, USB, WAP 2.0, MP3 player, tri band, video calling and in an excellent improvement over it's predecessor - a built in flash. Its dimensions are 98.8 x 49 x 18.2 mm and weighs in at 98g.
The LG U890 has a metal flat keypad very similar to the Motorola RAZR V3 and Motorola V3i, unlike the LG U880 which has defined buttons. The LG U890 has major enhancements to the LG U880 particularly in the music player department with the ability to sort your play lists by artist, song or album title. You can also listen to your music in stereo via Bluetooth headphones, which means you don’t have the hassle of headphone wires.
The LG U890 is currently available in pure silver, however it is planned to come in two further colour combinations - Silver/Blue and Silver/Pink.
