Vodafone announce an exclusive release of a new Sony Ericsson mobile phone

Vodafone will be exclusively releasing the Sony Ericsson V630i in June this year. It is designed to work specifically with Vodafone’s range of 3G services including Mobile TV, video messaging and video calling. Sony Ericsson and Vodafone have included a feature called Radio DJ, which allows you to rate songs as they play allowing you to create your own mix of streaming music. The more music you listen to and rate the more personalised your radio channel becomes.

Other features include a 2.0 mega pixel camera, media player, memory stick micro expansion, HTML web browser along with built in RSS feeds reader, USB 2.0 support and Bluetooth. The V630i is Vodafone’s version of the Sony Ericsson K610i which is due for release in the beginning of summer 2006 - you can read up on the K610i in our recent news article titled Sony Ericsson K610i - Coming Soon. The black and orange V630i will also come with a customized Vodafone visual display theme.
