Sagem are due to release a new handset with an inbuilt DVB-H receiver, allowing it to receive free-to-air digital TV. Although it is not the first DVB-H handset, with its clamshell design, rotating screen, and inbuilt antenna it is more compact & stylish than others. Only two other manufacturers have previously ventured into DVB-H handsets, with the Nokia N92, and Samsung’s F510 and P910, so Sagem are in good company.
When watching TV on the move it detects the screen orientation and changes to portrait or landscape accordingly, and with non-slip feet you are able to watch TV worry free. It also, cleverly, detects surrounding light and then adjusts the brightness on screen.
