T-Mobile ban Independent retailer from selling mobile contracts.

Click Mobile are back in the news today, with yet another Network unhappy over their cashback deals.

Click have recently been reprimanded by Orange for selling huge cashback deals, and earlier this month started offering Cashback Insurance – to protect customers’ cashback should Click go bust.

And if that wasn’t enough, it has emerged today that T-Mobile have instructed their distributor Fone Logistics not to deal with Click Mobile, as they have become dissatisfied with the way Click are selling mobile contracts. Click are renowned for selling mobile contracts with massive amounts of cashback.

A spokesperson at T-Mobile has said:

“We were concerned about the commercial models they were using as we felt they were unstable and were giving our customers a bad experience. We need to protect our customers' interests.”

Click are hoping to speak directly to T-Mobile in order to rectify the situation as soon as possible. But things aren’t looking hopeful for the retailer as T-Mobile have taken such a strong action in banning all sales.
