In a bid to slash the cost of calling abroad from your mobile OneCompare.com have launched a service called International Call Cost Cutter.

International call costs are notoriously high from standard pay as you go and pay monthly mobile phone contracts which has left many UK consumers with family abroad out in the cold and out of pocket.

Previously the only alternative to reduce your international call costs from your mobile was either to purchase a phone card, or another SIM card - which came with the hassle of having to open up your phone every time you wanted to make an overseas call. All you need to do is call an access number from your pay monthly mobile phone and when prompted, type in the international number you want to call – then chat for as long as you like.

The call will come out of your inclusive minutes and you will be subject to no extra charges – essentially meaning that your international call is now completely free.
