Samsungs successor to the popular D500 mobile phone packs in even more great picture and movie features
Thursday, December 15, 2005
At first glance the Samsung D600 looks very similar to it's predecessor, the D500, but on closer inspection you'll find some significant upgrades.
The most noticable upgrade is the 2 megapixel camera which is now positioned so that you can take pictures without having to slide the phone open, making it much more suitable for quick snaps. It also beats the D500's camera resolution handily by 0.7 megapixels.
As with the D500 the memory on the phone is adequate for storing a few mp3's and photo's but one big enhancement is that you can now add memory to the phone using it's new trans-flash memory slot. Using the memory slot can increase the storage capacity up to a meaty 512mb for storing many more music files.
Speaking of music the D600 has stereo speakers for all of your mp3 music files and mp3 ringtones. You can also sync the phone with your PC by Bluetooth or a USB data cable for transferring files.
The Samsung D600 is available with some great deals now, check out our quick list of the 5 best deals
