3G iPhone not even in the shops yet and sold out already

The day we have all been waiting for, The 3G iPhone went on Pre-order sale for the first time yesterday morning and managed to sell out in the first few hours of release. If you think the first iPhone was excellent for internet browsing then check out the speed on this one! They are a definite must have this year.

For all those who missed out and were unaware of the release no need to worry as O2 say it will be out well in time for the Christmas rush.

The operator says as there is such a demand for the 3G iPhone handset more supplies are on there way and the demand today will not affect supplies for the big release on Friday (July 11th). The handset will go on sale at 8.02am and will be available in all O2 stores, Carphone warehouses and the Apple stores. So set your alarms early and expect a queue as the nation is going crazy for them.
