Complaints rising over dodgy dongles

Complaints rise as more dongles are sold, according to a report from a respected research firm ¼ customers have complained about there product.

The report also shown that the dissatisfied customers refused to renew there contract with the main reason being either speed, coverage, usage limits.

The issue comes as market statistics show that the steep rise in dongle sales is starting to flatten, although senior sources at networks are execting another spike ahead of Christmas, as operators start bundling laptop with sims.

Despite the gloomy assessment of the dongle market, YouGov added that one in eight mobile broadband users have replaced their fixed-line service with a dongle.

YouGov’s ‘DongleTrack Report’ was based on interviews with 1,050 mobile broadband users and 2,050 non-users in the UK.
