It really doesn’t matter too much which SIM card you choose; they will all be far less costly when calling the UK and you won’t be charged to receive calls. Ball concludes, “A cap should be introduced by Ofcom on these international call costs as these prices fluctuate too much between providers. Ofcom should also pressure the industry into lowering international call prices.”
