The Juvino software is free to download to your mobile phone, once the software is installed you use your mobile as normal selecting your number from your phonebook, Juvino then quote you a price for your call then if you like the price you can click and call. Juvino help you make savings as they route your call via a local access number then through to Juvino and onto your destination. As far as your mobile operator is concerned you are making a call to a local fixed line number and therefore will be charged by your operator at your normal landline rate or should you have a bundle with free minutes on your contract the call will be taken out of your free minutes. Juvino then connect your call and your Juvino account will be charged at the price quoted.

For example if you were to make a call to Germany Juvino would charge you 5p a minute to a land line, 25p a minute to a mobile (cross network) and 10p a text message. Your normal network could charge you up to 90p a minute for the same call!

Juvino is an excellent way to save money for people with plenty of free inclusive minutes as when Juvino connects to the local access number these minutes will come out of your bundle and you will therefore only pay the Juvino price.

Juvino will not work on some older phones so its worth checking if your mobile phone is compatible, though it claims to work with most recent Nokia mobile phones and Sony Ericsson mobile phones and you also need to be on either Vodafone, O2, Orange or T-Mobile. Hopefully other networks will become available in the near future.
