RE: Cashback address

Hi DaNnY,
So, to summarise Mr/Miss/Mrs D, youve entered into a mobile phone cashback contract, and you dont know where to send the bills to get your cashback?
I had no idea where you would find an address like this (since I wouldnt touch one of these cashback schemes with a bargepole, and an extra length one at that!) but I thought I'd have a look for you (since you obviously cant be arsed)
Now Im no investigative journalist (you want Racer for that, who im sure will be along presently with his usual measured opinion) but it took me a total of 12 seconds (including opening a new IE window) to find out where you should BE ABLE to fnd out. Go on, try it, heres a clue for you even, look left and its 7th down on the menu, with the word Cashback in it (that was a giveaway i can tell you!)
DaNnY, people like you scare me, you really do. Your paying out lots of good money to companies with absolutely NO research or anything into the product that you are going to buy, in actual fact with what appears (I may be wrong, but I can only go on the evidence presented) with no thought either. In actual fact, if you were unable to find the stuff written about cashbacks on the left in the first place, i seriously doubt you would be able to find the evidence that points to this type of tarriff being a money trap for the unaware. However, having said that, if the company delivers the money, and you remember to send your bills in without contravening any of their T&C's, they are absolutely worth it.
I inherently dont trust companies to deliver on what they promise, (through long and painful experience) which means that im deeply suspicious of deals that dont cost anything (for some in-depth reasons why, see Racers excellent post on another thread) Now im not saying that you WONT get your money back, you just have to really be careful about it, and dont be disappointed if you dont, after all, you pay's your money, you take's your choice (even if it is an uninformed one...)

I'm in a kind mood today. (Something to do with a nice new mobile i DIDN'T buy on a cashback deal.)
You need to send your cashback application to the following address:
The Mobile Outlet, Have-a-Good-Laugh-and-File-it-in-the-Bin Department, 3-4 Riverdale House, Dockfield Road, Shipley, West Yorkshire. BD17 7AD
Send it by armed courier: it may not be welcomed with open arms.
(Might be a good idea to send LTJ's dog along, too. )
