I’ve found this auction website but its almost too cheap

I found [url=http://www.theintelligentbid.com]this[/url] website offering cheap mobile phones, specifically the Nokia N96 which I certainly wouldn't mind owning. The way it works is unusual – unlike eBay – does anyone have an opinion on it?​ Is it a good idea to bid on the phone or would I be better going to a high street retailer?​
